Your guide will warmly greet you at your preferred pickup location, ensuring a seamless and personalized start to your day. From there, you’ll head directly to "Gishodo," the heart of Suwa's watchmaking heritage. Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by the skilled local watchmakers, who will serve as your expert instructors for the day. After getting changed into your workwear, you'll dive into an immersive 6-hour watchmaking experience. Throughout this hands-on journey, you will gain invaluable insights into the meticulous craftsmanship behind creating a mechanical timepiece, all while working closely with these artisans to craft your own unique watch.
Even if you have no prior knowledge of watches, there’s no need to worry. The instructors, with their patience and expertise, will be there to kindly guide you through each step of the process.
