Niseko Ski Resort: Hanazono Area

Connecting to the ski fields of Niseko Tokyu Grand Hirafu, Hanazono is the smallest of the four ski areas making-up the overall resort of ‘Niseko United’. It also offers the least accommodation, dining and nightlife with the main attraction being the expansive Park Hyatt. As one of the world’s most recognised hotel brands, you’ll probably have a good idea of what to expect at the Hyatt – a hotel that caters to the high-end market and provides everything you need in-house.

Modern appointments feature in every room while multiple in-house restaurants, bars and lounges indulge guests in every way. With a full-suite of concierge services including ski and snowboard lessons, snowmobiling, guided tours, rental, a Kids Club and more. The Hyatt also features a public onsen (natural hot spring) and nine of its one hundred rooms come with a private onsen. Away from the Hyatt, you’ll find a small number of guesthouses and ski lodges with notably lower rates. There’s also a couple of restaurants dotted around the area offering some options at night.
