Only a short distance from Harunire Terrace, Hohino Onsen Tombo-no-yu is a stylish and modern natural hot spring. Featuring both indoor and outdoor baths, this modern facility is designed to promote relaxation and tranquility, with large windows providing relaxing views of the surrounding landscape. Surrounding the onsen, leisurely walking trails carry visitors into lush and relaxing forest including the Karuizawa Wild Bird Sanctuary and to nearby restaurants including those centred around Harunire Terrace.

Open daily from 10:00 to 23:00 (with last admission at 22:00), entry is JPY1350 for adults and JPY800 for children. Rental towels are also available (at an additional charge).
