Yokoteyama area is on the top right of the map and it exists out of the Yokoteyama Ski Area, Kumanoyu Ski Area and Kidoike Ski Area among a few others. This area has just like the other two main areas a good variety of slope difficulty levels. In this area as well at the Kumanoyu Ski Resort there is a kids area where children are able to have plenty of fun with the snow in easier ways.

Yokoteyama is also the highest point within the Shiga Kogen highlands at 2307m (over 7500 feet) and provides a run down of about 4km. This area is covered by the all-Shiga ski pass. Also, night skiing is available in Kumanoyu area. For complete information about the entire resort, see our ‘Shiga Kogen Ski Resort’ main page.
