Conditions & Policies
Our cancellation policy is as below:
(1) If notice of cancellation is received by the Company 22 days or more days prior to the starting date of the charter service: 0% + any transaction fee applied by the payment system*
(2) If notice of cancellation is received by the Company 21 days to 15 days prior to the starting date of the charter service: 20% of the charter fare + any transaction fee applied by the payment system*
(3) If notice of cancellation is received by the Company 14 days to 2 days prior to the starting date of the charter service: 30% of the charter fare + any transaction fee applied by the payment system*
(4) If notice of cancellation is received by the Company 1 day prior to the starting time of the charter service: 50% of the charter fare + any transaction fee applied by the payment system*
(5) If notice of cancellation is received by the Company on the day of the charter service, after the departure time of the charter service, or in case of failure to show without notice: 100% of the charter fare.*
*(6) Any transaction fee i.e. credit card surcharges, bank transfer fees, or any other service fees applied – typically between 4% to 4.5% – during the refund process must be paid by the client and are not the responsibility of the Company.
