For guests planning a multi-day stay in Shiga Kogen, Hotel Sunny Shiga offers some attractive services that cater to your needs and help ensure a comfortable stay. Typical of many larger hotels, Sunny Shiga has an in-house store selling basic food, snacks and souvenirs.

Attached to the store, the hotel also operates a certified pharmacy – the only such facility in the ski resort. Longer stay visitors will appreciate the convenience of having a pharmacy in the hotel, providing easy access to medications while at the resort.

The hotel includes a coin laundry and small kitchenettes allowing guests to wash clothes and prepare simple food, as per their needs. In addition, the 24-hour hot spring allows guests to use public shower and relaxing bath at anytime of the day.

For parents, Hotel Sunny Shiga can arrange for children to be cared for by a nearby childcare service at T-Kids Room Takamagahara. This daytime service offers great convenience for families with younger children (aged 3 months to 6 years of age) or those who wish not to ski or snowboard. Arrangements can be made through the hotel and is available every day.
