This cafe is found in Higashidate, on the second floor of the ski lift. At an altitude of 2000 meter, the cafe has a lovely scenery to see.

The cafe has an outside terrace, which gives you a lovely panoramic view over the Alps, the Zenkoji Plains, and all of Shiga Kogen. If you have a clear day, Onuma-ike, Shiga’s bright blue lake, is visible as well.
