This restaurant has a very long history of making soba, Nagano’s most famous food. The restaurant was established almost 150 years ago and has been thriving ever since because of its good quality buckwheat noodles. The place is known for making their noodles by hand using fresh, local produce. It is one of the better soba restaurants in Nagano so when in the Zenko-ji/Gondo district, pay them a visit for a true Nagano experience!
