The ramen at Menya Buson (麺屋蕪村) has a fish stock base with a delicious full flavor. From the outside it might be a bit daunting for foreigners to enter, and with only a few seats available you might have to wait a little bit before going in, but it definitely is worth going to while in Nagano.

There is no English menu and the staff doesn’t speak English either, but don’t let that hold you back from experiencing some of the best ramen Nagano has to offer!
